Before we joined, Famous was making most of the Klaviyo attributed revenue through promotional campaigns on Klaviyo. They were not leveraging the power of flows (automations).

Before we joined, Dog Hero Art was not using email & retention marketing at all. The founder was skeptical about Klaviyo. He believed the ecosystem could hurt their overall conversions rather than help them earn 20-40% more without spending extra on ads.

SOLUTION

We built a custom strategy to tackle all of these problems.

Our strategy included:



1) Оptimising the sign-up forms for conversions (grow the email list)

2) Building a consistent campaign calendar (to drive sales)

3) Segmenting the list to improve deliverability

4) Оptimising the flows per best practices 

5) Adding more flows
